Muong Thanh Luxury Phu Quoc Hotel

Stayed here for 3d2n and had the rare opportunity of being upgraded to an executive suite! Rooms were spacious and clean but I’m aware Muong Thanh is a hotel chain so the rooms are alike other chain locations - so not much to add here. Location is good - very close to a quiet beach but it’s far from the city centre and markets so get your taxis! Service was good as far as service goes and everything was to our liking. Thanks to receptionist Quyen who helped us during our stay!

Mường Thanh Luxury Phú Quốc Hotel is a perfect island getaway! It is Nestled near the stunning Bãi Trường beach, this 4-star Luxury Hotel offers around 270+ elegant rooms with sea or garden views. We have been there from 7th July 2025 to 11th July 2025. It was a nice experience all together. It has a sparkling infinity pool where not only kids but elders also enjoy to get wet. We have also enjoyed every morning delicious buffet breakfast, which includes continental cuisine. All guests can enjoy free cycles and tuk-tuk (electric Go-cart) ride nearby places. You can also explore, a relaxing spa, and vibrant nightlife at nearby Sonasea Night Market. In this night market you can enjoy delicious seafood at very affordable prices as per your taste. We have enjoyed our dinner here almost every night. This hotels staff is very cooperative, service is excellent and rooms are very clean and spacious. It offers top-notch services and family-friendly amenities, at very reasonable prices. Only one thing we want to request that the early check in if they can provide it will be a great comfort for the traveller who are coming from long distance. My experience is excellent and I recommend this hotel to all my fellow travellers who wants calm and quiet place with excellent facilities at a very affordable prices.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The staff was warm, professional, and always ready to assist, making the check-in and stay seamless. The rooms were spotless, well-designed, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for comfort. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness and the relaxing ambiance throughout the property. The restaurant offered a great variety of delicious food, and the service was prompt. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, yet peaceful enough for a restful stay. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Phuc Quo . Has a swimming pool gym and bar facility.

The property offered excellent value for money. The rooms were spacious with a great view. Other facilities were also of high quality. The only downside was the absence of air conditioning in the lobby.

The rooms and location were really solid. We were looking for a quiet area, and this place did not disappoint. I would have given five stars but the breakfast buffet is really lacking protein and sone other tidbits. There’s an omelette bar, but that’s pretty much it. No hard boiled eggs, sausage, bacon, or anything like that. There were some dishes with meat in the mix, but I think it could have been better. Otherwise, this was a solid stay.

The hotel is good. The room is spacious, and I had a nice view. The bathroom was also clean and in good condition. However, the lobby was too dark, which made the hotel feel a bit creepy and not very welcoming. It didn’t look like a proper hotel from the entrance. The location isn’t ideal. it’s quite far from the nearest night market. Although it's walkable, the streets are dark and quiet at night. There are also no convenience stores nearby. There were only a few staff members, and most of them couldn’t speak English well.

Had a great experience at Muong Thanh Luxury phuQuoc Hotel... This will be a long post okay. STAFFS- We were welcomed by a lovely lady (probably her name was Anh).. she was so kind and soft spoken.. Gave us all the initial information and explanations we needed to know, plus answered our enquiries.. There was another lady named Nhu ( if I'm not wrong). She was soo helpful. I got stuck at a nearby store cz their lift was not working.. so I contacted the hotel, and thankfully she was there.. She went out of her way and got me out of that situation. Despite the language barrier all of the staff were so lovely and understanding..they tried to understand our concerns as much as they could. I heard bad reviews from few of my indian friends about the hotel..but thankfully i didn't listen to them, because what i understood.. it's all in the tone..if you're patient enough to talk via translate and listen to what other people are trying to say ( obv it goes both ways) things gonna be just fine..also the restaurant staffs were very polite and understanding. ROOMS- i loved the rooms ..they were soo spacious, both rooms and washroom were clean and well maintained. Only issue was the location. It's quite far from main town.. almost 15-20 mins ride..if distance is not an issue, you'll be fine. Overall i give a 5star rating from my side atleast.

One of my favourite hotel in Vietnam Ocean and the hill view was amazing. The location is near to market. The room was spacious.
